About the Event
Cardio Drumming is a fitness class using exercise balls, drum sticks, and buckets. Call our class a mix between a cardio, HIIT, and dance class. The class contains 8 routines and 2 breaks between jamming (and ball hitting) to some of your FAVORITE SONGS. Music choices vary between Bruno Mars, Queen, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and so much more.
This class is for everyone of all fitness levels and guaranteed a great work out while you are having fun! (No kidding!)
Equipment:
Buckets will be provided for class. Drumsticks and exercise ball (55cm and larger) can be provided by participant or by Cardio Drum Nation. When purchasing tickets make sure to select the right ticket for you.
