Cardio Drum Nation looks forward to cardio drumming with you! 

A few things to know before hand!

Recommended to sign in 10 mins early to set up your space. Have your zoom settings set to "speaker view" so you will see Toree (your instructor) full screen. The bigger the screen the better. Use laptop or large computer display, stream directly to your smart tv or connect via hdmi!

Once class begins, the instructor will allow 5 minutes for everyone to join into the zoom meeting. We ask that all participants be on "mute" once entering the chat!

Make sure you have at least 6 feet in front and behind you for ample drumming!

Reccomended equipment:

1 exercise ball 55cm or bigger

1 pair of drumsticks or something similar to drumsticks

1 bucket 5 gallons or larger
