Hey bestie! ☀️ We are bringing weekday classes bavk to CDN! Our very first Cardio Drum Nation session at Vertical Gym in Donelson kicks off Monday , July 21st at 6:30pm — and it’s donation-based (yep, pay what you want).

About the Event
Cardio Drumming is a fitness class using exercise balls, drum sticks, and buckets. Call our class a mix between a cardio, HIIT, and dance class. The class contains 8 routines and 2 breaks between jamming (and ball hitting) to some of your FAVORITE SONGS. Music choices vary between Bruno Mars, Queen, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and so much more.
This class is for everyone of all fitness levels and guaranteed a great work out while you are having fun! (No kidding!)
Equipment:
All equipment will be provided for class. However, after the first class we highly encourage you to bring your own ball (55cm and larger)! Balls can be purchased during class as well. When purchasing tickets make sure to select the right ticket for you.
