Join us online for this Free Live Virtual Cardio Drumming Event. This unqiue fitness class will include 8 songs/routines + warm up and cool down. Instructed by Founder of Cardio Drum Nation. Prepare to sweat it out to the likes of Bruno Mars, Queen, Lady Gaga, Beyonce to Chris Brown. This will be the most fun you will ever have working out. Great way to check out what cardio drumming is all about.

You do not need any special equipment. Standard set up is a 15-18 gallon tub or bucket, 55-75cm exercise ball, and drum sticks. You can find these items at local store such as Walmart for under 15 dollars. Or you can use household items like wood spoons, couch cushions or a chair. You can even "air drum" and still move to the beat. If you need help with your set up please feel free to contact the event manager at toreefitness@gmail.com

The class will begin at 6:30PM CST on Thursday March 18th. There will be a zoom link to sign into the virtual cardio drum class. Please sign in early. We will begin promptly at 630pm CST. Come prepared with comfy clothes to sweat in, your cardio drum set up, hydration near by, and yourself!

Screen set up: You can watch from your phone, tablet or computer. However, I reccommend if you can to stream/cast the virtiual live class to your smart tv or a device like chromecast or firestick.
