A glow-in-the-dark rooftop cardio drumming experience where fitness meets music, movement, and a whole lot of fun.
Pull up to Fogg Street Lawn Club in The Gulch for our final rooftop class of 2026! Come dressed as your favorite musician, grab your glow gear, and get ready to drum under the Nashville skyline.
We’re combining exercise balls, drumsticks, and buckets for a full-body workout that brings cardio, HIIT, and dance together. You’ll move through 8 energizing routines with short breaks in between, drumming to feel-good tracks from your favorite artists.
